Yeah Bunny Online Store Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions
1.1. The Yeah Bunny online store, available at www.yeah-bunny.pl , is operated by FunDay with its registered office at ul. Rynek 30, 37-450 Stalowa Wola , NIP 8652456061 .
1.2. Contact with the store: kontakt@yeah-bunny.pl .
1.3. The Regulations define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, delivery of goods, payment methods, the Consumer's rights to withdraw from the agreement and complaint procedures.

2. Conditions of placing orders
2.1. Any adult person with legal capacity may make purchases in the store.
2.2. Orders are accepted via the website 24 hours a day.
2.3. Product prices are given in Polish zloty and include VAT.
2.4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, but this does not affect orders placed before the changes are introduced.

3. Payment and delivery
3.1. The store offers the following payment methods: bank transfer, fast online payments, payment cards and cash on delivery.
3.2. Shipping costs are provided when placing the order.
3.3. Order processing time is up to 7 business days, unless otherwise indicated for the product.
3.4. Shipments are delivered via courier companies, InPost and Orlen Paczka.

4. Withdrawal from the contract and returns
4.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
4.2. To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the store by e-mail at kontakt@yeah-bunny.pl and return the product to the address indicated by the seller.
4.3. The buyer bears the cost of return, unless the product was damaged or not in accordance with the order.

5. Complaints
5.1. In the event of defects in the goods, the customer may submit a complaint to the e-mail address kontakt@yeah-bunny.pl .
5.2. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt.
5.3. If the complaint is deemed justified, the store will replace the product with a new one or refund the money.

6. Protection of personal data
6.1. The administrator of personal data is FunDay .
6.2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and will not be made available to third parties, except for those necessary to fulfill the order.
6.3. The Buyer has the right to view, correct and delete his/her data.

7. Final provisions
7.1. In matters not regulated in the regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
7.2. The store reserves the right to make changes to the regulations, which will not affect the acquired rights of customers.
7.3. The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the store's website.
